2. Cancellation Policy:

 - I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a change or cancellation of appointment, except in the case of an emergency. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, outside of an emergency, you will be responsible for the cost of the session.

- If you need to change/cancel outside of business hours, please call and leave a voicemail, text, or email. Or, if you booked online, you can also use the online scheduling portal to change/cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance.

3. Most sessions are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, although same day sessions are possible depending on my calendar. With regard to massage/bodywork, if you are in serious pain or in desperate need of time on the table, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can see what might be available.

4. Note: If booking an Integrative Bodywork Session, Plant Limpia, or Plant Limpia + Massage, we will connect for a call prior to the session to discuss the session, your goals, and in the case of the Plant Limpia, to connect with the perfect plant ally/allies. These sessions are not available with online booking, please reach out for more information.
